Product Return Policy

Effective 9/26/12

All material must be returned within 60 days with original receipt.

• Minimum of 10% restocking charge on all material.
• Minimum of 50% restocking charge for opened pallets.

Returns not excepted or available on the following:

• Natural Thin Veneer or Thin Stone items
• Custom fabrications
• Special orders including special orders of Stock products
• Gravel products
• Clearance or sale items
• Dish Rocks & Specialty Items

Any exceptions must be agreed to by MRC prior to purchase and noted on invoice.
