South Bay Quartzite is quarried out of the New York area.

Characteristics

A warm feeling that looks visually smooth but in fact a very textured surface.

A varying color palette with tones of tans, browns, ambers, and oranges.

Ledgestone: Natural parallel tops and bottoms paired with natural ends. Approximately 3″-5″ heights paired with lengths ranging from 8″-12″.

Rough Squares/Recs: Mixture of varying-size square and rectangular pieces.

Mosaic: Varying size irregular and random pieces.
